トルコライスとは！？　九段下のトルコライス有名店『WABISUKE』

みなさん、トルコライスってご存知？

ライスってつく料理名って結構多いですよね。

 

カレーライス。

ハヤシライス。

オムライス。

カツライス。

チキンライス。

ラーメンライス。

ん～～、まだ考えれば出てきそうですが、考えると意外と出てこないですね。

 

ところで、トルコライスってなんでしょう？

 

「トルコライス」とは？

Wikipediaで調べると、トルコライスとはなんと、トルコには関係がなく日本の料理なのだといいます。

 

「日本全国トルコライス」

1. カレー味ピラフ、ナポリタンスパゲティ、ドミグラスソースつきのとんかつ料理。
2. ピラフとスパゲティとサラダを皿に盛り、その上から豚カツをのせたもの。
3. 長崎地方のトルコライスが特に有名だが、全国各所にあるらしい。
4. ピラフのことをトルコ風ライスと呼んだ事からついた名前だとする説がある。
5. 大阪風トルコライスは、チキンライスがベースになり、上に卵焼きを敷き、更に豚カツを載せてドミグラスソースをかける。
6. 北海道根室市の地方料理である赤エスカロップに似ている。
7. 神奈川県川崎市のトルコライスは大阪風に近い。
8. 神戸風トルコライスは、チキンライスにケチャップを入れない焼き飯の上にカレーをかけ、生卵をトッピングした料理。

いろんな種類のトルコライスがあるようですよ。

こりゃ大変。

なんとなくですけど、洋食の中で日本人が好きそうなものを一緒に盛ってしまったものを「トルコライス」と呼んでいるような雰囲気ですよね。

言い換えれば「お子様ランチ」ですよ。

 

九段下のトルコライス

今回食べた九段下『WABISUKE』のトルコライスです。

 

はい。

これが『WABISUKE』のトルコライスです。

チキンライス＋キャベツ＋とんかつ＋トマトソース。

う～～ん。

神戸風のようでもありますが、オリジナリティある料理になってますね。

お味ですが・・・そうですねぇ・・・お子様は大好物かも。

とにかく、こってこてのトマトケチャップ。

ケチャップが好きな方はいいかもしれません。

ちなみに私は、タバスコソースを、これでもかっ！！！！というほどかけました。

まあ、そんな感じの料理です。

鸡肉炒饭+洋白菜+炸猪排+番茄酱。

痛苦不～～。

好象神户风的也有,不过，变成originality有的饭菜。

是味在···那样乖戾e···孩子大爱吃的东西。

不管怎样，凝固抹子的番茄酱。

还是喜欢番茄汁说不定。

顺便我，这个或者也!!!!红辣椒调味汁，所说的那样挂上(放上)了。

嘿,是那样的感觉的饭菜。
